I’m a mommy of two, homeschooling one. Tried Raw Food a few years ago and had an amazing experience for a short period of time. Unfortunately, due to a lack of support, I went back to a slightly healthier version of SAD. Now I’m back to Raw, aiming for 90% of my diet. Most days, I can do better than that. After just over a week, I see and feel the Live Fooddifference.
