Former Vegan gone Raw since Thanksgiving 07. I remember it like it was yesterday I called my wife and told her “Im going RAW” and it was silent for a minute. She tells me now that she wasn’t sure what to say LOL. Well since then me and my wife and can’t forget my nine year old daughter are all eating 100% living foods. We are blessed to live in an area where we can get local organics straight from the farm and a lovely co-op and farmer market in the interim if we can’t make it to the farm. Going raw is the best thing I could have done, it has opened up a whole new world to me, not to mention cleared me of brain fog and eczema. This site has been a life saver I don’t think I could have made such great recipes for my family without it.
