Bio

I live in beautiful British Columbia. I grew up in the state of Maine and met my hubby in Florida. He suggested we try a vegetarian diet… I’ve been eating a SAD diet my whole life. However, I have been eating an organic diet for a long while now.. I was inspired by my hubby’s cousin who is a raw vegan, so I said what the heck why not go all the way…. As of today, 1/20/08 I am on day 14 with no cravings!! And the amount of energy I have is unreal!:) I am very anxious to see what else is in store for my body!
