I love food, and I have been a raw for nearly 1 year now. Needless to say I think it’s great and totally yummy!
I knew I would adopt this way of eating forever, so I decided to become a raw food teacher in order to help and teach others about raw food. I went to Kittery Maine, followed the Alissa Cohen Living on Live Food program, and I am now a certified teacher! :)
Raw Foods have changed my life for the better.. it is a process, like anything, but I feel totally blessed to have been introduced to this way of eating..and very happy to have found this site! recipes, recipes, recipes!! mmmmmm
