Raw is such a beautiful way to eat. When I'm raw I am far happier and healthier than I am on SAD or even just eating "healthy" cooked foods. I first went raw when pregnant with my daughter (who was born 3/19/05). Since then it's been an off again on again type of thing. I feel so gross when I'm not raw.
I'm going back to it and hoping I stick with it. I don't know why I fall off the wagon so often.
