On May 7, 2007 I started an 8 day juice feast and then went 100% raw in a last attempt at curing my rheumatoid arthritis and fibro….. AND IT WORKED!!! As an added bonus I’ve also lost 80 lbs since becoming raw. My body is 39 but I feel about 25 most of the time.
I live on a 75 acre horse ranch in Western Nebraska with my family. I raise foundation quarter horses and my husband owns a small trucking company.
I lived a typical SAD all my life. I was addicted to coffee, sugars and was an emotional eater. I was also addicted to breads and dairy. Not anymore, I love my light body and spirit!
Hobbies are my animals, photography and finding life’s truths.
