Hi :) I’m a nursing student with aspirations of one day becoming a certified nurse midwife. I like to travel, garden, hike, take photos, make and eat raw foods. My ‘fantasy’ destination to travel to is India. I plan on going there sometime in the next couple of years. My favorite foods include anything-coconut, ginger, cinnamon, watermelon, dill, and almonds. I’ve been vegetarian since age 11 (this spring will be a decade without animal flesh!), on and off vegan since age 15, and experimenting with living foods the since summer 2007. Food is a very important aspect of my life. I’m almost always thinking of it. I can always compare it to how I feel. Some may call me obsessed, my boyfriend thinks it’s cute.
